A communications technology audit is an in depth look at your internal and external communications channels, including everything from websites and social media to fax services, as well as internal communications channels such as inter-office social media, cloud-computing based operational software and cost saving software and tool opportunities.
How it works: I come to your office for an on-site audit of all communications activity while it takes place on a normal day. I work with your employees to gauge use of technologies and needs, and get to know your operational configuration better. I will also take an in-depth look at your external presence from the outside in, judging your websites, social media outlet usage, and marketing outreach.
